A basic 32x32 and 16x16 Icon Editor. For creating new icons or editing existing ones, with color palettes(one for 16x16 icons specifically), a color mixer, a panel for lining up icons for edit, icon new/open/save functions, flip/rotate/invert functions and choices of solid/dotted/blank grid lines, etc. (other menus not implemented with source code are disabled. They are left there as a ready framework in case some readers want to build those functions). For VB6 and Windows 95 or 98 only.
