This Mark Processing System is a Software which is created using the Microsoft Flexgrid for handling datas, Microsoft Common Controls-2.5.0 (SP2), Microsoft common controls-2.6 and Microsoft Common controls -2.6.2 for handling Dates, Progress bar and Microsoft Treeview for processing the Datas. Since I wanted to create an handy project which could satisfy the needs of the user to maximum extent I created this Software. The Microsoft Flexgrid is used in such a way by which it can add as many records. For example to say more than 1000 records. (This is due to the development of my second Software - MultiData). In this Software I have used the Flexgrid in Four Places. The first is used to extract the students in Classwise from the database and display it. In this Flexgrid the user can add their Marks including their Examination Name and their marks. The second is used to display the other examination (Previously entered marks) of the student choosed in the flexgrid1. If the user clicks on the name of the student in the flexgrid this flexgrid automatically extracts his previous marks. When the user wants to change the marks which was entered during the previous examination he can acheive it by clicking on the Second Flexgrid. While doing so, the third Flexgrid Extracts the details of the students from the concerned row and displays it. Here the user can do the modifications and update. If not needed he can even delete it. The Treeview is used to extract all the informations from the database and display it in order based on their class, roll number and name. Here I used the progress bar to display the students percentage.
