I faced a problem with my system and that is :

my operating system is windows xp and i`m using an application done by Vb6 an that program  needs to be work with a scanner .

in this case there is an error message (see the following attachment)appears whenever  i opend this application but it was working fine and clearly when i had an operating system windows 98

so please i need an answer for my problem
