Hi guys I start studying vb.net a few moths ago and have yet to use asp but I was just wondering for future refference.

I watched a video tutorial a while ago and he changed a setting for the positioning of things like textboxes, labels, buttons etc

could somebody please remind me how this is done as I cant remember where I watched this video
