Glad you liked it I've seen some shocking junk mate, honestly... An off-the-shelf enterprise-level solution for a prestigious customer base with procedures as long as War and Peace, including dozens of variables named after the developer himself, his girlfriend and his cats!! I worked on one contact for a huge multi-national bank where a very experienced contractor drove in with his super-charged Jaguar, sat down for half an hour inspecting the code, got up said "this is too complicated" and left without another word, never to return, because the code was so shocking... a mortgage company who had the most elaborate spiders-web of type libraries, and complex functions with no commenting whatsoever - making it impossible to debug... In my last position I walked in to single-handedly support all of manufacturing and service for a company producing millions of products a month - "so... there's no indentation... repetitive code all over the place... massive weeding exersize" ... "there's 20 software packages here doing the job of one... another 7, with 7 different SQL-Server databases over there, all doing the same job in a completely different way" ... "they don't find out what the purpose of the project is, or what the end-user is trying to achieve... just sticking plasters on everything, really" ... "job for life!" lol "Next time just say that you've worked with and know everything." I usually just shout "I've worked for Rolls-Royce" over and over again and it eventually sinks in The thought of some spaghetti-writing muppet beating me into a position... lol
