This program lets you associate descriptions with the filenames for files in any folder on your PC. This is useful if you have downloaded many articles, and are in danger of forgetting what is in them. Once you have typed in your descriptions a CSV with all the descriptions will be stored in the folder. Any time you revisit the folder with this program, the descriptions will be loaded. You can also open that description file in Excel. As you typing descriptions, If you are unsure what a file is, you can select the row that it is in and then click the OPEN button to see the contents of the file. You can also compare any two files to see if they are duplicates of each other with the COMPARE button.
